Can I return my product for a refund or an exchange?
We will accept any unused, unworn, and undamaged goods for exchange or refund if you are not satisfied with our products, with the exception that customized and/or personalized products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. You have thirty (30) days after delivery to return your item(s). Refunds will be issued to the card used for purchase.

 

How do I contact Stella Signature so I can return my Item(s)?
If you have any questions, concerns, or comments about our products, or would like to return or exchange a product, you may contact us at: crg@anheuser-busch.com

You will need to include some order details to make your return or exchange process as easy as possible:

  • Name used for purchase;
  • Order number;
  • Postal code of the billing address; and
  • Reason for return or exchange.

 

What If I received the wrong order/incorrect item?
If you receive an order that is incorrect, please contact us. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs, and we will send you a return label for incorrect orders. Your correct order will be shipped as soon as possible.

 

What if I receive a defective item?
Contact us with a photo of the defects within thirty (30) days of receiving your order and we will arrange a replacement of the same product for you right away after verifying the quality issue. If your product(s) is out-of-stock, it may be replaced by an item that is of the same or lesser value.

 

How can I make changes to my Stella Signature order?
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to your order once it’s been placed. Please contact our customer service team to discuss the status of your order — we’ll be happy to adjust certain customer and shipping information if the order has not been processed. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the sender.

 

It has been a few weeks since my order was shipped, I am afraid that my order has been lost.
Please let us know within thirty (30) days of purchase if your order still has not been delivered. If it is beyond thirty (30) days or if your order includes a pre-order item, please reach out to our team to see how we can further assist you.

All sale items, swimwear, footwear, and customized or personalized items are final sale and are not subject to our refund policy.
